Switch To Us

Switching broadband providers is easy, follow our guide below to help you switch from your current supplier to us.

  1. Ask your current broadband provider for your MAC (Migration Authorisation Code) - see contact numbers
  2. Within 30 days of obtaining your MAC - go through our ordering system for your chosen package - making sure that it is the same speed as you are currently receiving (you can upgrade at a later date). During this process you will be asked for your MAC to be entered.
  3. Continue to use broadband for the next 7 - 10 working days until your connection is moved over to us, where you can now start to use our broadband!
  4. Contact your old broadband provider, to make they have cancelled your account, to avoid them billing you any further

Please note: You will need to be out of any minimum contractal period, otherwise your current broadband provider will not issue your MAC. You must not cancel your existing broadband account, until after you have been successfully migrated - otherwise the migration will fail, and you may not be able to migrate at all - and may have to start a brand new broadband order

Will my MAC code expire?

Yes, MAC Codes do expire. You must use it 30 days from when it is issued or it will no longer be valid. If your MAC code does expire you will need to call your service provider and ask them to issue you another one.

How long does it take to migrate to your broadband service?

It normally takes between 6 to 10 days from when you register.

Does it involve any downtime?

Migration on average has downtime of approximately 5 to 10 minutes, although it can vary.
